She also encourages you to take responsibility for your own health by showing you some ancient precepts for mind and body that can help you to detect early signs of disease.

Handmade herbal oils are massaged to penetrate deep into your tissues to promote vitality and stamina, reduce stress and eliminate life’s impurities. This treatment is deeply relaxing to the nervous system and balancing for the mind and body.
