Foundational and Analytical Meditation
Take
the opportunity to learn about the nature of one’s mind and
practice simple and safe techniques to calm the mind, eliminate tension
and develop concentration. Analytical meditation enables
us to develop insight and wisdom.

for new students as well as those experienced meditators who find group
meditation useful

meditations are based on universal themes like compassion, respect,
mutual understanding and happiness. These sessions will include
meditational techniques such as focusing on the breath, visualization
and experiential themes.

beginner & more advanced student/practitioner.
