Hospice of Mother Tara is affiliated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), a global network of Buddhist Centres established by the late Lama Thubten Yeshe for the purpose of preserving and making available the Tibetan Buddhist teachings of compassion and wisdom. T’ai Chi is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation, balance and health. It involves a series of gentle, graceful movements designed to exercise the body and clear the mind. Come along and have a go!
